We take pride in having dedicated, professional, and compassionate support coordinators. They come from a variety of backgrounds, but all have experience workings with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

At KISS, we work together as a team to solve problems and make sure we come up with creative solutions. We strive to make sure that our clients can tell that they've got a whole team working for them. We also go the extra mile to advocate for the people we support.

Our support coordinators also have smaller caseloads than most agencies. That allows us to continue to give that maximum effort and avoid our clients from becoming just names on a page.

Above all else, we emphasize good communication. That's something that frequently breaks down in social services, and it's one of the most frustrating things in the field. That's why we take extra effort to make sure we're part of the solution, and not the problem.
